PanCareFollowUp was one of the projects presented at the European Network of Youth Cancer Survivors (https://beatcancer.eu/) Peer Visit in Vienna on 07 July 2023. Coordinated by CCI Europe, a project partner in PanCareFollowUp, the European Network of Youth Cancer Survivors (EU-CAYAS-NET) is a project, co-funded by the European Commission, which unites leading organisations from 18 countries active in the childhood and youth cancer field to map the existing resources that are helpful to young cancer patients, survivors and their caregivers, to create new European guidelines and empower cancer survivors to advocate for their rights and needs. The Peer Visits in Vienna covered long-term follow-up care as a topic. Hannah Gsell of CCI Europe was on site to distribute project bookmarks and share information about PanCareFollowUp with participants.
