PanCareFollowUp was presented at the virtual PanCare Autumn Meeting on 08 October 2021. The day included interesting presentations on survivorship care-related topics, such as the PanCare projects (PanCareSurPass, PanCareFollowUp, PanCareLIFE, PanCareSurFup), childhood cancer survival and COVID-19, Survivorship and Transition and late effects in Neuro-Oncology.
